The MAM Napoli 100 Static Oven is a professional wood and gas combination oven, handcrafted in Italy and designed for restaurants, pizzerias, and catering operations looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza baking. With a compact 100 cm cooking surface and 4–5 pizza capacity, this model combines efficiency with the traditional dome shape that MAM has perfected since 1970. Built with high-quality refractory materials, insulated for durability, and customizable in multiple finishes (Spicchio, Mosaico, or Base), the Napoli 100 balances tradition with modern performance.

Warranty:
Oven structure (masonry + metal parts): 10 years from delivery. Small surface cracks in refractory parts are normal and not covered.
Components (motor, electrical board, thrust block, etc.): 2 years from delivery. First 6 months fully covered; after that, shipping/service call costs may apply.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or non-qualified repairs.
Proof of purchase is required. Warranty claims must go through MAM Forni for evaluation.
Shipping Terms: All MAM Forni ovens ship Ex Works (EXW) from Modena, Italy.
Freight, import duties, tariffs, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
A freight quote can be provided on request at time of order for reference.
Delivery: Ovens ship fully assembled in a wooden crate. Standard delivery is curbside/tailgate. White-glove or liftgate service may be available at additional cost.
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and report damage to the carrier and us within 24 hours.
