Shipping, Billing & Payment

By placing an order with Cookware Masters, you agree to the policies outlined on this page regarding shipping, billing, and payment.

1. Shipping

Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $1,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $1,000 have a flat shipping rate of $79.
  • All shipping costs are shown at checkout; no hidden fees.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery windows:
    • Standard: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Delivery Options

  • Standard curbside delivery (free for qualifying orders)
  • Threshold delivery (to your doorstep or garage)
  • White glove delivery (inside placement, minor assembly, packaging removal)
  • Contact us before ordering for special delivery requests.

Delivery Issues

  • Inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
  • Report damaged items within 24 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Report missing items within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

2. Billing & Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • ACH/EFT transfers
  • We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or wire transfers.

Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Your bank may charge currency conversion or other fees.

Payments & Invoicing

  • One-time orders are paid in full at checkout.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on the 1st and renew automatically unless canceled at least 30 days in advance.
  • Invoices and receipts are emailed upon order completion.

Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed through PCI-compliant gateways (e.g., Stripe).
  • Orders may be delayed or canceled if flagged for suspected fraud.

Late Payments

  • A 1.5% monthly late fee may apply to overdue balances, where permitted by law.
  • Services may be suspended until payment is received.

Disputes & Errors

Report billing issues within 10 days to billing@cookwaremasters.com for review and resolution.

3. Refunds & Returns

Please see our separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy for full details. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days to the original payment method after inspection.

4. Policy Updates

  • We may update this policy at any time.
  • Material changes will be notified via email or posted on our website.
  • Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance.
