Shipping, Billing & Payment

By placing an order with Cookware Masters, you agree to the policies on this page. Terms may vary by supplier/brand; see “Brand-Specific Notes” below.

1. Shipping

Destinations

  • We currently ship within the U.S. (Lower 48 states).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is quoted before or after purchase, depending on supplier requirements.
  • Some suppliers (e.g., BakeMax) may offer free freight above a minimum order threshold.
  • Other suppliers (e.g., MAM Forni) sell Ex-Works; freight/delivery are quoted separately and import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Duties/taxes may apply depending on your location.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery times vary by supplier, carrier availability, and order size. Estimates are provided at quote or order.
  • Typical options include curbside/tailgate, threshold, or white-glove service (extra fees may apply).

Delivery & Inspection

  • Inspect shipments upon delivery. Report damage within 24 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Report missing items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility; reshipment fees may apply.

2. Billing & Payment

  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • ACH/EFT transfers
  • We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or wire transfers unless approved in advance.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
  • Duties/taxes may apply depending on your location and supplier terms.

Payments & Invoicing

  • One-time orders are paid in full at checkout unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Invoices and receipts are emailed upon order completion.

Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed through PCI-compliant gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Orders may be delayed or canceled if flagged for suspected fraud.

3. Refunds & Returns

Brand-Specific Notes

BakeMax

  • Certain products may qualify for free freight above minimum order thresholds.
  • Customers must inspect items at delivery; damage claims are filed with the carrier.

MAM Forni

  • Shipped Ex-Works (Italy). Freight, import duties, tariffs, and customs brokerage are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Quotes may be provided upon request.
