1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to make purchases. Minors may browse the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

If we suspect unauthorized use, we may suspend or terminate your account to protect you. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to our Arbitration Agreement in Section 12.

3. Orders & Payment

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. We make every effort to display correct prices. If a pricing error occurs after your order, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed or cancel. Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal — processed securely through Stripe. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You may return products within the timeframe specified in our Return, Refunds, & Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility and timing follow that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Cookware Masters or our licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. User Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the law or infringe on others’ rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to services if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using our services at any time.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@cookwaremasters.com. If not resolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Claims must be made individually; you waive the right to bring class actions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or emailed to you. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Privacy & Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, retention period, your rights to access/correct/delete your data, and how to opt out of marketing communications. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

15. International Customers

If you access our services from outside the U.S., local laws may override certain provisions. You agree to comply with applicable local laws.
